ALL DIGITAL presented the ACTIon project during a three-day training session organised by YouthProAktiv and attended by around 20 youth workers on 23 June 2023 in Tervuren, near Brussels. The training focused on the youth work as a key enabler for the self-employability of young people.

During a one-hour slot, Selin Tagmat, Senior Project Communication Officer from ALL DIGITAL and communication manager of the ACTIon project, discussed the importance of digital skills for youth employability, talked about the DigComp – Digital Competence Framework for Citizens, invited youth workers to to try MyDigiSkills as a tool of self-reflection for one’s digital skills and then showcased the ACTIon project.

Following her presentation, she introduced the ACTIon project’s training programmes and organised an interactive Netiquette exercise from the project’s DigiPAC training programme. The participants added their Netiquette ideas on a Canva board.

During the training, the youth workers learned about the ACTIon training programmes with hands-on experience and also heard about OPIN and F.I.R.E. tools for youth participation and capacity building.
